What’s the name of this lure? Who makes it , do you have one, what’s a good way to fish it. What fish can you catch on it. Has it been around awhile.

River Runt by Heddon.
In years past, I’ve caught Northern Pike, Largemouth Bass, Catfish, and evening a big Crappie once.

You fished from a bike? Where you riding it at the time. It's pretty early, Fly.

Tackle bix in the basket with the rod across the handlebars. Too far to walk clear across town or up over the mountain.

I visualized some sort of trolling rivers or Beach Cruiser on Beach with some sort of pole holder on your bike. maybe a kite to reduce pedaling.

I lived outside of town and my bike was my means of transport. I averaged 10 or fifteen miles a day and way more in the summer. That's why i could dead lift 400 pounds when I was in college and I only weighed 150 pounds. Btw I only did it once when the shot put guy on the track team asked me if I could lift his bar as a joke.

Mike that's a River Runt Spook, by Heddon, I believe. My uncle was a big fan,for bass and pike, but I've never used one.

They made the River Runt and a larger version called the Pike-E-Minnow. Both were productive lures back in the day.
