Uniknot to uniknot works just fine if you are not concerned about knot size. If it is then a PR knot I think is the strongest and smallest. Just my 2 cents worth.

I think uni to uni is fine for fluoro and mono alone, but braided seems to cut through fluoro/mono unless you give it plenty of aurface area/wraps, which seems to be the po8nt of many of these knots.

Man, some of those look downright masochistic. I've yet to have an FG knot fail; I think I'll just stick with it.

True. Uni-uni is what I use for light line. But if you're casting big poppers with 100# shock leaders etc ..the smaller profile knot is the only way to go.

Braid to mono albright knot. Look it up on line. Practice it a few times. Use it on 50lb braid to 20lb mono trolling for salmon. Uni-knot to uni-knot ok but albright knot better.
