With the exception of visiting my sister who lives on the shore of Lake Champlain in Vermont, I have no reason nor desire to ever again go east of the river your state shares a name with, thanks. Extensive and thorough family vacations have taken me to most all of the lower 48..... quite happy with my choice, for the reasons I mentioned in the previous post.

I think Washington, Oregon and Cali. have too many rules and regulations and want to charge for everthing. I live in Cali. because my wife was from here and her Dad lived in the SF Bay area. Not my first choice to live here, but all my kids and grandkid lives here. My wife would never move. ME on the other hand....

Alabama salt water.. You have to pay for reef fish endorsement.... And other crap to keep certain fish also it's stupid. What's even more meased up is it's 100 bucks for commercial fishing license.. All these folks go out netting can bring in undersize and unlimited fish. Which puts the recreational laws at larger siEs and lowers the limits... Which I think is bullshit but heck. They do what they want... Anything to make them more money.. It's never about the conservation... If it was then they should hBe equal laws for commercial and be recreational fishermen.
