My cousin and I were lucky enough to find a pond that is overstocked with catfish. The owner gave us permission to fish as often as we would like to help clear out some of the catfish. We were more than happy to oblige them ๐๐

Donโt do anything to make him retract the offer. Looks like a good size to eat. Enjoy.

I've got a new smoker those cat would really love to lay in. Great catch and weather you smoke them or fry them it might be nice to offer some to the pond owner ๐ฑ ๐
Offered some to the owner but they didnโt want any. Also, we made sure we didnโt leave any trash behind and did not cause any damage to their yard. I usually give the fish away to families that I know need it for their dinner tables. With the virus going on and so many people out of work I will be. Doing this more often.
nice cats, you better stay friends with the owner......

I had a neighbor lady that would eat trout (only Trout) every day of the week so was easy to keep a few that were bleeding and drop off to her and her husband - great people. Dhe told me to mot worry about cleaning them she would do it - but with fish cleaning stations at most of my fishing holes it was simple to just gut them. She absolutely wanted the head left on - said they cooked up better that way and I agree!
