Non-UL rods 5' or shorter -- do they exist?

Do they exist (that aren't kid combos)?
Lately when I take the gf's kids fishing I'll grab a little 36" Fenwick ice rod I've paired w a 2000 Shimano reel. There are obvious limitations but it's been surprisingly fun and convenient when I'm not wanting to do enough fishing to justify dealing w/ one of my full-size 2 piece set-ups. I can just throw it in the front seat and go.
However, if it had an extra foot or two in length it'd really be sweet. I'm having trouble finding anything that isn't kid's junk or UL though.
Any ideas or recommendations? It doesn't need to be fancy. Spinning preferably.

13 fishing has a Junior rod called “Ambition”. They come in a 4’6” ML and a 5’ M. I think they’re fast action. I got the 5’ for my son and it’s a legit rod for the size. And not to mention they’re only $30.

I’ve been scouring the interwebs for a good shorter rod. I know Lew’s makes a shorter casting rod but Idk about spinning.

Ugly stick makes a 5' light combo. I've got one and use it to pond fish . changed reel for a shimano put on 6lb test. It casts well and should do the trick for you

For years I looked for the perfect rod. Now I make my own. any length and power i want. Ya might look into it it's fun to do and not that hard. A little time consuming but in the end you have exactly what you want. But no one else to blame if ya screw up lol.

I have a 5' Ugly Stick and also have a 4' 8". I always have them on the boat. I'm a salt water fisherman and have caught many speckle trout and redfish with them.

I have three or four Shimano bait cast rods that are 5 foot 6 inches long use them all the time very good for accurate casting some manufactures still make rods in this lengths you just have to look for them
