Hey guys been gone a while my old phone decided to up and die. My carrier was not helpful in ordering a new phone. After about six hours on the line over multiple days and no closer to a new phone I told them where to put their service and phones and switched carriers. Finally got a new phone today so I've got a bit of catching up to do.
Welcome back. I feel your pain with phone carriers
Thanks , now I need to wet a hook and heat up the fry pan.
I've wet a line ok, and I've heated up the frying pan. Good thing I've got a freezer though becsuse the catch fish step is misding.
Pickle: I agree with you! If they insist on making phones so complicated, seems like they would make them more in the shape of a suppository, so they would fit better when we tell them where to put them! Just Saying...RJS
I'm with RJS on this one. There was a time that we all mattered to the carriers now we're taken for granted.

Ever notice that if you want to buy something from a tech company, they can get right on it with no wait no hassle, but if you have a problem, you are pretty much on your own. Or is it just me?

No, it’s not just you. Businesses have known for a very long time that acquiring a customer is much more expensive than keeping one. For some reason phone carriers and satellite tv companies have abandoned that. It almost pays to switch companies every two years. They give new customers all kinds of deals they give existing customers squat.
