Hi y'all. My name is Lee Ann. I'm pretty new to fishing. I fish from the shoreline, mostly for trout. I'm trying to figure out how spinners, lures, etc. work. Right now I mainly use powerbait.

Please go back to your profile page and put in the city and state your reside in. This way, I can know the area your talking about. Right now I can't help you. Is it a river, lake or sea trout? What kind of trout? Have you tried worms or red salmon eggs. Both of those work. And last but not the least. Size and type of rod. Don't forget city and state. Who knows, there might be a new fishing buddy just a few doors away.

Port Fourchon is one of the biggest oil an gas supply and support facilities in the nation. I have a place just north and east of there. Excellent fishing, shrimping and crabbing year round. Night fishing for speckled trout.
