Is there a question to go along with this and please do what Troy suggest? We like to help our fellow fishers.

If your asking where, I’ve been hearing about people crushing reds and specks at the long and short rocks. You do catch a ton of sheepshead thought, but if you use a popping cork you probably won’t catch as many sheepshead. Unless you like sheepshead

The twin spans, both north and south shore of Lake Pontchartrain always produce reds and specs. Sheep head are delicious. Tough to clean but worth the trouble. Poach them with some crab boil and serve as crab meat. Nice and firm.
