All i know is they're both Abu garcia, I've bought both and 2 shimano reels for $70. I know the picture quality is not the greatest but that's the best i can do with my phone.

I can tell you that by design, the one on the right is the wrong type reel for that rod, but if it works, go with it.

I'm far far away from experienced fishermen so I must ask what type of reel should i put on that rod?

So keep in mind I am of the school if it works for you, go with it. But by design that is a top feed rod with a bottom feed spinning reel. The rod was made for a closed spinner like a Zebco 33 or a bait caster like the abu Garcia Black max. The weight balance of that reel makes it cast from underneath.

I still didn't have a chance to test these rods yet, soon I'll try them out.

Common rudd, common bream and tench/doctor fish. These are what I often find and kinda look for but I'm currently thinking about going for brown trouts and trouts in general.

Not sure if the names are accurate had to do a bunch of research to figure out how Americans call these fish.

Well Tilted03, neither of the rod & reel combinations are going to work very well and if you want to avoid a great deal of frustration, either get a casting reel or a spinning rod or maybe one of each. Good Luck!

Both are Baitcasting rods. Reel is on top of rod with the eyes up. One on right is a "Telescoping" rod - good for trips and small fish. Spincasting rods have very large eye closest to the reel.
