How do you tell the difference? Those all look like the same type fish to me. They look like what we here in California call mackinaws or lake trout. Steelheads are ocean run rainbow trout. And kings are salmon. Very nice catch and thank you for the photos.

Lake Trout,king,steelhead,lake trout. ,??? Spots stripes and black mouth. Nice fish. Wish I was there with you. I coulda took pictures lol.

Yes it was cold out there lake is 41 degrees first fish is a lake trout second is a king salmon third is the steel head or rainbow trout last is another lake trout

We have 2 strains of steelhead Washington’s and skamania both from Washington state all rainbows are native to pacific coast
