I know alot of you will just roll your eyes at this and call me names, but for the true Americans that believe in The Constitution (as opposed to the eye rollers who laugh at it) I was wondering who has fought and won a fishing with no license in California.
I ask because I have been trying for years to get one so I can fight it and the closest I can get is an "angling" with no license. In which case I figured since they're just going to change the name, I changed mine, and signed it " not me ". Have received no warrents, no nothing. It's been ten years.
We have the Cal. Constitution that gives us the right in Article 1 Section 25.
So if you have, I would like to know the details.
An example is, my "driving" with no license or registration or insurance. I had to change the default jurisdiction of the Admiralty ( law of the water) to Common Law ( laws of the Republic ), challenge jurisdiction ( proving I'm a man of the land) and I won.
Would it be the same .
I believe it would be.

For the question of why.
To exercise my rights.
Nobody seems to care about our freedom and because of them ( the eye rollers) I have to fight for my already granted rights.
That's unAmerican.

Well first off fishing without a licence doesn't "PROVE" your the man of the land. The only thing it proves is your a self professed Poacher. Buying a licence doesn't infringe on your freedom as a US citizen. The money that is raised from us that buy licences goes to conservation so all of us can enjoy fishing. The money also goes into fish stocking programs, schools and more resources than you'll ever know. So buy going out fishing without a licence or permit all your doing is taking away from everyone that enjoys the Constitutional "FREEDOM" to to be able to go fishing.
So if your looking for a pat on the back or a high five you came to the wrong place. Poacher is a real nice word you should be real proud of. I will refer to it as no more than a common thief. Basically just a loser.

Sorry buddy, I'm one of the eye rollers. Most of us are. Feel free to vent and rant, but you're not gonna find much sympathy here on the stage.

What they said. Not much sympathy here. Another eye roller. Just fish and good luck. By the way, a lot of us here would just like to fish again let alone try to out smart the government.

This topic ( Right ) could get very confrontational and most likely end up in the attic and before it does it is just not worth my time to go back and forth with someone that doesn't have all the facts correct.

Therefore Reignininscorpios I would suggest that you take your thoughts to the One Political Plaza site and join many on there of your mentality. They love to argue on there and you may have just found a new home there instead of here with the folks who want to just enjoy some good fishing and stories that life has let us endure.

My Dad told me that I should never try and argue with Drunks, Bigots, or Idiots. They don't want to learn and you can't teach them. Because they just want you to agree with them, not learn from you.

You’re taking things a little to the extreme. That’s counter productive and not fair to those of us who fish and hunt legally. Portions of what we spend on licenses and tags goes to litigation for people like you who, intentionally, break the laws. There’s rights then wrong. You are not part of the “patriotic” group you brag about but rather, quite, the opposite.

Well you made your point and you can see ours. If you voted, you put the politicians in who made the law, If you didn,t vote you have no say so.
