Have we learned a lesson? Probably not for some. Are we gonna be prepared the next time we’re faced with a crisis,or, are we gonna be better prepared. The ones that are lucky have that chance. It’s gonna happen friends,we will be tested again. Up to we as a somewhat intelligent society to be prepared. Now either be planners or whiners expect the unexpected. Procrastinate and be left behind again.

Well CD and Fredfish seems some don’t agree w it’s my little rant this morning. Hate this phone! Anyway seems some disagree with me but that’s ok. I’m right some of the time but wrong most of the time. So you have it, me being honest.

Planning, studying, ferreting out the subtle meaning of things is for me, great fun and an essential part of life. I believe there is only one way to win and a thousand ways to lose. Whining about things is my self delivered reward. I am a really good whiner.

My turn to whine, unrelated to fishing. I don’t handle the cold too well and I’m thinking about a hunting trip out your way. Any tips?

Often wrong, seldom in doubt. That's how I describe myself, and it's pretty accurate.

Stay in Mississippi. Where you can hunt bare. Or dress very very warmly. I not only don't handle it well, I down right hate it.

Actually, I haven't been hunting in many years. I have a rack of good rifles and shotguns but haven't been in the field with them in a long while. Egghead in Rock Springs lives in good hunting country. If you do come here, a guide is a very good idea.

You should head up this way, some good deer here and warmer weather than further north. This one is still out there, missed my chance at him in November. Biding my time next season.

That’s a nice one RonnieJW,I can picture that on your wall. We have really good deer down our way too. I was talking about going west for an elk hunt while I’m able. But then I look at the fishing tackle and say oh well, let’s go fishing.
