I currently have:
1. BPS Micro Lite IM6 light power fast action
2. Shimano Sellus medium power fast action
3. Fenwick HMG MH power fast action
What would you add or replace for my next rod? I fish for largemouth bass and crappie.

That's a well rounded line up. Does your tacklebox have depth?
I would maybe upgrade the BPS light action to a Dobyns or Loomis.

I could definitely add some more to my tackle box. My go-to is the senko, buzz bait, and frog

Which are casting and which are spinning?

All are spinning. Pflueger Trion, Pflueger President, and a BPS reel on the Micro Lite. The Trion is the older and the only one I don't really care for.

What size Trion, and do want to sell it?
Get yourself some Devil’s Horse topwater plugs., and of course Rapalas jointed silver and some ShadRaps.

You may want to try a bait caster, but they are not for everyone.

I just bought an Ugly Stik Elite for the same purpose $50.

Think out what you fish for and what you use for bait or plugs etc Then slowly and carefully get additional rods. I have about 20 plus that I have bought over the years and find that when I impulse buy on great sales I seldom like or use them much. I have about 4 SW and 4 fresh water favorites that get used. These are usually the ones I carefully chose. 4 are bait cast and 4 are spinning. I usually take 2 of one type and 1 of other when I go. I always have a spinning in case of heavy wind.

Also, I might add that the cost of equipment you like will not be much compared to boats, fuel, launch fees and etc. Also, don't just buy because expensive as that may not be what fits your likes. My favorite is an old shimano glass 2 piece med lite that I got 30 years ago for 20 dollars on sale and bought a second one later because it fits my likes. Think of handle type, handle length, rod length, rod action, how your reels will feel on the rod, types of eyes, and what using it for more than cost. My most expensive rod was a gift from daughter and it is dusty and hangs on wall because I do not like long handles.

Good advice. Where were you when I started accumulating all my stuff? 😜
I suggest you buy a St. Croix rod. You will be amazed at how much better you feel bites when casting lures. For worm or jig fishing, your feel for bottom conditions is excellent. I have an Ugly Stick and it is an okay less expensive rod that I use for catfishing.
