Looking to get another baitcaster and was wondering if the lews mach speed spool is any good. I have a mach 2 baitcaster and it is amazing but I am looking for something a little cheaper around $80 to $100 for my back up pole. Mainly go fishing for LMB and will be using braid.

That’s what would say. Black max (4 bearings)is like $70 and pro max (7 bearings) is $100.

Internally, they are almost identical. The only real difference between them is the Winn grips on the Mach 2.
