Winter flounder are around and striped bass are starting to show up. Most of the bass are only schoolie sized but there’s always the chance of big resident bass hanging out. There are some weakfish here and about too. It’ll start to pick up in another couple of weeks as the water temp gets warmer.
I’m a little east of you so you’re going to see the big bass before me. Good luck 👍👍👍😄🐟

Sorry, I thought it would be in the info by my avatar. I’m out in Bayshore, fishing Great South Bay, Fire Island inlet and Moriches inlet. A good deal of near shore and a fair amount of offshore fishing. I’m also intimately familiar with the Connetquot and the trout there.
