I have a 24 ft pontoon boat in East Fork Harbor Marina on lake Lavon near Wylie, TX. It removal side curtains for enclosing during winter time. Makes fishing in the marina slip great during winter time. It is not for open water usage because catches too much wind and you can not control it. Will remove the curtains shortly so can get back out on lake.

Looks like a real nice boat to just be out fishing on no matter if the sides are on it or not. My fishing buddy has a Thompson on Lake Ontario with the hard top I know what your saying about the wind moving you along lol. Open all the windows and and try to keep the wind over the bow.
That would be nice for the girls somewhere to hide to pee
Welcome to the stage 3Cs, thanks for adding your location to the user profile. Sure is a sweet ride you got fixed up there for all kinds of weather fishing. Plus some privacy when the fishing slows down. Hope you are able to send some pics from out on the water. If we can't get out, pics get us moving to get out.
Just looked it up and Lake Lavon is approximately 9 feet over normal pool and therefore all ramps except one are closed due to high water level. That also means I can not get to my boat because the parking lot at the marina in about three feet under water. So will not be taking the covers off for awhile.
That looks like the perfect rig . You get out there and relax on your lake.

Lake Ontario was like that for the last two springs. Seems some knuckle heads thought it would be a good idea to not lower the lake levels until they had too. Well long story short it’s down 5-6 feet almost to the normal level and I’m just waiting for my fishing buddy to come north. We did get out for fall salmon caught some nice one too after the lake went down and we could get out on the docks that is.
you got it pontoons are great to fish out of I have a bass buggy pontoon with full canvas enclosure bought it with the fish pkg. livewell fish finder front trolling motor love it have not though had a chance to fish an all-nighter out of it yet
I did not buy the fish tanks with mine but added 5 gallon buckets on back deck later. I bought mine in 1988 and the grand kids loved it but they are all grown now and have gone their ways. They handle rough water easily and are very roomy. I also added a sink which comes in real handy. Two separate bilge pumps supplies water to them
now that's a nice pontoon boat , a great overnighter , night fisherman rig
