Fishing in Utah is still legal except waters that are within State Parks. If you fish a State park water you must live in the county the Park is located in. The stupidest rule I have ever heard of. The Fish Cops will run your plates on your vehicle to find out where you are domiciled. Then you get cited. I’m not sure what for. Maybe it’s for being alive and living under a State Dictatorship.

That's like over here in Florida you can fish but cannot be on the beach...unless things have changed who knows.

Michigan, to date, is good. Our DNR advise to use the outdoors BUT, do social distancing. I've this fishing for decades-don't want a person sitting in my back pocket when fishing, cast or landing. Good luck.

Public boat ramps/piers/beaches/party boats all closed down till further notice in Southern California area.
