Tying knots with "boxing glove" hands

I've been trying to tie uni-knots and double uni-knots with all three kinds of line. It looks so easy on the videos but when I try it my hands don't do much good. That's at home prepping to go fishing. It's ten times worse in the breeze. I tried a knot tying thing-a-ma-jig tool to little avail. Besides taking up boxing, any suggestions how to make this any easier?

I've searched high and low, Amazon and Google, and can't find a thing on it. I Googled JNCcompany and found the website but nothing on it about the Quicktie. If anyone can help I'd be appreciative.

I have dozens of pairs of them cheap ol' glasses and they don't help my fumbling fingers. I do see how bad my fingers are working much clearer though!
