I’m starting to believe that the big ones do always get away I had a super nice one shake the hooks I’m Sure it was in the upper 40s that’s two in a row.

Well,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,you can look at it this way, You are doing well, in 76 years I have never even had a musky on and I have hired guides to help me get one on. And you have had two on in two days, life is not fair.

I have had two 5 fish days boated one was last year and had one a few years ago I have had numerous 3 fish boated days. The most I’ve seen in a day was 14 fish but only caught one of them.

I wish I could say that. I’ve only tried for tiger muskies a few times in the last year here in Idaho. Most avid tiger fishermen, I know, might catch one a year if they fish a lot for them. I’m guessing that’s why they’re known as the fish of 1000 casts. We’ve got a couple of lakes around here with em.

Cut bait blue gill works great in Idaho and Oregon for Chanel cats and blues. If you have access to Mormon crickets you can’t keep Chanel cats and blue cats off of em from dusk till dawn.
