I came across a free app on Google Play store Fishing Rules. I created a free account and it pulled my GPS location. It then gave a listing of all fish in red and black lettering. I noticed the fish names in red had restrictions. Then I went thru the list selected the common fish in my area and marked as favorites.
Then opened the filter and changed it to only show my favorites. You can always add/remove fish. I then bounced that information against the Department of Natural Resources in Maryland, they were all correct, even the new Striper's regulations posted yesterday. The app has other features and is also available for Apple products.
Notes from the app.
Fish Rules App includes saltwater fishing regulations for Federal and State waters from Maine to Texas, including: Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North / South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Texas, and The Bahamas.
I'll check it out. Thanks Eric.
Definitely have to check that. I've got to deal with 4 states at least. What is the name of the app?

I can't remember all the ones for Maryland, let alone 3 more states. I hope it helps you out. It will first go by your GPS location, but I think you could add the others manually.
Late looking at the posts but I did not see the name of the app. Please let me know. Thanks.

I have updated my profile. I'm from Jacksonville, Florida. I see an app called Fish Verify but I cannot get it to send me the code to access it's site.
