Not really you find one there’s usually a school of them find structures and you’ll find crappies.

when I was a kid (about 100 years ago), we'd tie a balloon to some mono, and secure the other end with a hook through the dorsal fin, then turn it loose. Being a schooling fish, it would betray the location of the school, and we'd clean up thanks to our Judas fish.
Highly immoral and unethical, if not illegal, but as kids, we sure had fun.
