Just joining the forum. I'm FrenchieQ (because I'm French Canadian and my last name obviously starts with W....ok, Q). I haven't really fished for the last 35 years for lots of reasons. Been retired 10 years now and decided to put my motorcycle on the market and get me a yacht, my Twin Troller X10 (TwinTroller.com). I'm from central Jersey so most of my fishing will be around the various lakes and reservoirs there. Any help on best spots, especially for bass and crappie would be appreciated (and if you don't want to give away any secret spots, send me to the bad ones, I'll never know the difference). Looking forward to becoming a better fisherman and conservationist.

I had a 68 GT FAST BACK Mustang I sold to get my boat. Hobbys change. Good luck.
Welcome FQ. Please put your location in your profile and you will hear from folks in your area. My wife is French-Canadian - her people are from UP in Michigan. Escanaba/Ensign. Good folks. When you catch some fish, post photos. We love photos.
That Twin Troller will take you to places that most on here can't get to. Some will be asking you where to fish. That boat will go anywhere .

Good Morning Frenchie, If you put in your user profile where you are located others will see your location and possibly be able to help you for info.
Currently I show that we have 6 users from Jersey in different locations. If you want their locations please let me know. However there is one in the location you mentioned and he goes by ( greenfrog ) location listed as Central.
A town mentioning would be better for those near you. So just P M greenfrog if you want for info.
Great to have you here on fishing forum, have fun fishing up in your neck of the woods.

I have heard of it. I'm in Manchester, down by Toms River. I never knew there were so many fishing lakes in nj. I'm near Assumpink, Colliers Mill and the Lakehurst Air Station and can fish their lakes.
