Hello all from Warsaw Missouri ( Truman dam) just wondering if anyone on here is local to warsaw ? Went crappie fishing this morning 23 degrees wind was 10 to 15 mph a little cold on the hands and nothing to hide behind, caught a few fish but not enough to keep or make a meal , CAN'T WAIT FOR WARMER WEATHER !!

Welcome to the fishing stage Joseph. Got no idea where Warsaw is other than it's the capitol of Poland and there's a Warsaw Indiana about 40 miles from where I grew up. Having said that, crappie is crappie, I've caught a few. Please add your location to your profile so you don't hafta tell us where you are each time you post. That sounds like some cold fishing. Ice fishing? Band or boat? Let us hear from you.

I have lake property by Climax Springs ( 20 miles from Warsaw), but don’t live there. Just have an old camping trailer on my place. Good crappie fishing off the boat slips in March. Also bass around the coves. Welcome to the forum.

Use to be one in Kendrich cove.
There is a nice crappie bed just above the bridge same side of the lake.
There is a 2x4 on the bank laying on its side. Out in front of it in about 26 feet of water.
