Patagonia Swiftcurrent Owners

I’m looking for feedback. Thinking about upgrading from current Simms G3 waders but I’m apprehensive considering the last gen of Patagonia waders had major issues with leaking. I went through a couple pairs of Skeenas and they leaked horribly. I tried repair and I tried replacement with the “ironclad guarantee”, every pair I owned leaked. I know other people who have had the same frustrating experience.

Has this issue been fixed? Can anyone report after significant use?

Love mine. Have had mine since 12/15/19and have 20 days in them so far they have been awesome. for way Berger then the previous. Sales person told me they are now double tapped seams and way better material. Plus they are made with recycled materials. There warranty is way better then Simms.

I agree that warranty and even customer service is way better than Simms. So with 20 days on the water, no leaking through the seams?

I love my Patagonia zip ups. I put them through the worst imaginable punishment, and they're 2 years old now. No problems.

Thanks for the feedback, I’ve known of a few people who weren’t so lucky with the Rio zip ups. Was hoping that the problems they’ve had with the previous gen have been fixed with the newly released ‘swiftcurrent’ line.
