That's a little square bill. It only dives down bout 5 feet. I think they call it perch color, but I call it "Capitan America" because it is red, white and blue. We also use the same lure in a red craw color.
I think the lures are called speed traps. I got them from my fishin partner.

Thanks, speed traps, until they hit 5 feet, pull over and wait to be hit. Sounds like they worked well yesterday. To chilly here this morning, Monday looks better.

Nice fish I went to Lovey's landing Wen. Looked around and launched at the first ramp went up steam and fished my way back one boil no fish. I got to look around . Are the biting I your river . Let me know
