Welcome Ttex. I go right through sulphur springs on my way to lake fork. I'll be headed there the middle of march this year. We go for crappie & mostly fish the bridges on fork. Yes, there's been trips when we couldn't get on the lake. Wind & ice. Looking forward to this year's trip. There's several old texan's on the forum so you will fit in just fine. There are no lier's here, just good OLD boys. Also have a few fine ladies here. Good luck
