Anyone out there understand infrared flash. I just noticed something that puzzles me.
Last night I let the dogs out to play in the yard and I know they were triggering my trail cam. My puzzle that I noticed nothing unusual about them. This morning I read the S D card and their eyes glowed like headlights do also the car reflectors glowed.
Why do these objects glow on the S D card images but not first hand sight??

IR inferred light is a spectrum of light not visible to the human eye, The reflection of your dogs or The red-eye look is due to blood vessels in the eyes that reflect when exposed to the light. Because dogs see better in the dark in humans this light is reflected. Reflecters are a type of prism, passing light through a prism divided the light into it's many spectrums some you can see, some you can't. IR is usually used in cameras not meant to be seen by the human such as your night cameras. Night vision glasses, targeting systems on missile systems Ect. This is a simplified answer to your question, there's lot to learn about different light spectrums and even the best are still working on this. the 4 and 5G networks you here about these is because scientist ,much smarter than I, attach information on each band of light and transmitted through Fiber Optic networks allowing much more data to be passed Hope this helps.

Plus my trail cam ain't worked since I put it in the one section of woods I believe to be haunted.

YES please. I have definitely seen ghosts or things move due to their presence. That last one is way ghostly looking. Spooky bigtime. Did you do that with décor or something or is it real? I will tell you guys a trues ghost story actually 3 or four.

The top one looks like a bow hunter that shot your cam. Middle looks like guys in Snow Camo but no guns? The bottom one is freaky...

Well It ain't exactly Creepy unless from My perspective because it's just down the hill from my house, but in these woods there is a light that appears and disappears it only shows up between 9:45 and 10:15 usually on Monday, but we have seen it on Friday, there is a pattern I haven't figured it out yet. I Believe it is from the Civil war for the simple reason of the mountain next to the one I'm on has three unmarked graves from the Civil war. as for the trail cam, I found a coyote trail in them woods so I put my camera up to see If I could catch them, And the last picture the thing ever took, is a solid white picture. its almost like it has been the victim of an Emp because it tries to work but just doesnt, it cant take pictures or nothing anymore,

When the camera takes the picture it is timed to the flash . When the flash goes off the pupil of the eye is open wide and the light goes in and reflects from the back of the eye which is red. The camera catches the red in the image but your eye isn't fast enough to see it.

Sorry, You see it's reflection because the camera can see it. Your camera can see that band of light so it ends up on photo visible to you.
