My boyfriend and I are going to Florida to do some fishing, and haven't decided where to go. Anyone here have suggestions for where some decent beach fishing can be done?

Welcome Stacy and thanks for filing out your user profile. Plenty of Florida folks on here. Have you got a ball park idea where you are going there?

Your snowed in Egg they won't come and get you. Once they get to Georgia they turn around.

Except that Kat lady, she heads to Denver to cool off.

If the crazy Kat lady is Gunna cool off in Denver she better hurry up. I was just outside looking at the moon in a T-shirt. 24 degrees n no wind it's a heat wave.

FL is about 450 miles long, give us a hint as to what part you are entertaining. In the panhandle area, Navarre Beach is good, also a 1/4 mile long pier there [Google it], plus you can fish the bay/sound area. Ive always liked the area around Grayton Beach State Park. If youre going to the East coast, SEbastian Inlet is hard to beat.

Make sure that you pick a place on the east coast of Florida for some good surf fishing.
The west coast side is not very good for surf casting for fish. Lived on the west coast for a while— moved back to the Virginia east coast in short order.
