What Is The Best Lipless Crankbait

I gotten plenty of bass with the cheaper Strike King Red Eye Shad lipless cranks too.

Cordell Super Spot is a Rat-L-Trap by a different name (I'm sure they have their own spin on it), which some say is the best lipless of all time.

There are a bunch of choices.
Some have a bunch of small bbs and a higher pitch rattle. Some are called one knockers with one bigger ball bearing and they thump harder and lower pitch. So red eye shads and rattle traps work great. I think they offer the one knocker alternative too. Cordell spot has the one knocker. I’d get a couple of each.
Try going on the tackle warehouse website and toggle to rattle baits. You’ll be able to read reviews on all of them.....there are a bunch!
Last comment the Aruku rattle bait has a weighted nose so when it hits the bottom it stands tail up and nose down vs just laying there so it snags up less and looks like it’s feeding on the bottom. Don’t know it I spelled the name correct but you’ll find it.

Rat-l-Trap still the best.They had over 50 colors and five sizes and a floating model.
