I noticed the bass in your picture is quite pale and lacking markings. Is that typical for bass in your area?

My work pond is about 3 ft deep throughout the whole Lake. Lake. It has polluted runoff from all the businesses indoor Industrial Park. Water is always Sandy Brown. These may all be factors in the color of the fishes.

I fish almost everyday. I also fish at lunch and after work. I put in a lot of casts 20 minutes at a time. And I do catch some nice fish. The biggest one I've caught weighing 4 pounds 8 ounces. And I have lost a bigger one. I average about six fish a week. I love it!

That’s awesome, when it warms up some and the sun shines earlier, then I start fishing before work. We have a subdivision pond, my buddy has a pond, there is a wildlife area on my way into work with some bigger lakes and some ponds, all have pretty decent fish. I caught 6-8 lbrs before, I’ve even caught up to 12 fish in about 40 minutes time. All that sure makes it hard to go into work.

No, positively a LM bass. Just real light colored, they get that way out here during the winter when water is cold and stained. Not to bad this year though.

Thanks Saw, that is precisely why being on here is a benefit to all. I dont really fish for bass but I've never see one like that. The color probably isnt as silver in person and the angle had the head weird for me, but looking at the fins, I stand corrected. Again this is why this place is so awesome. Thank god for today cause I regularly use drum for cutbait lol
