Went out yesterday and drilled 4 holes in ice and started fishing, using med. minnows caught 10 really nice black crappie longest was 13" heaviest was just over 2 lbs. Great day till the clouds moved in. Started fishing in two holes and never moved for the day.

You should add your location to your profile. And it's easy to post a photo if you're using a computer, if you're using a phone I'm not sure how to do that, but folks on here do it all the time. I'm sure somebody's gonna come on here and walk you through it if you want. There's a couple of guys on here that keep track of everybody's location and can hook you up with people in your area. They'll probably be chiming in here too. Great bunch of folks, and not a liar in the bunch. Right?

They are mighty tasty, too. Fun to catch and great for teaching kids. Also probably a good thing they don’t get to 5# as we may never land them 😉
