I didn't feel or look old in my 70s but now that I'm 78 its gradually starting. Maybe in the spring when I go to Beech Fork Lake and the fish are spawning, I'll forget that I really am old now. But it's really better to keep physically and mentally alert. Just forget about age and do the things you love to do. It'll make you feel alot younger.
