I've got a pretty good handle on baitcasting equipment but no idea when it comes to spinning gear.
I'm looking for a spinning rod and reel for around $150 that will be exclusively cast from the bank and in grass/light cover. My priorities for the rod would be castability of weightless plastics/inline spinners and high sensitivity. For the reel, I am just looking for good, lasting quality, but I have no idea about the ratio etc.
Please help!

Daiwa Aird-X 7 ft med/fast and a Daiwa Revros LT. Should run you right around $100-110 depending where you buy them from. The AirdX rods are slept on in my opinion.

Dobyns Fury 702 is what I use for Ned rig / wacky Senkos. It’s perfect with a 2500 size reel
