Seeking advise on fishing in Cape Cod (Hyannis, MA)

Hello fellow fishermen/women. I'm a 72 yr old New Yorker whose kids gifted me a $ 675 gift certificate to the Helen H open boat. They will be footing the hotel costs as well. Great kids. My main interests are Cod and Fluke. I'm reaching out to you folks to see if anyone can suggest tackle specifications I should bring. I can't "call" the Helen H as I'm deaf and so far they have not responded to my e-mail requesting same. For Cod I would like input as to braid or mono, what pound test, what sinker weights should I bring, and hook size, As it's a real long trip for me as I have many health issues, I'd like to burn the certificate on one trip out there. Was thinking about booking one of their multi-day trips and then single trip(s) right after should there be any $$$ left on the gift certificate. I haven't fished for Cod in decades and my mind fails me in terms of gear and tackle used. Was also curious on diamond jigs to be used. I'm fine with Fluke tackle and stuff. Thank you all for any and all info received.

A stout 5-7 foot bottom rod, a high speed 4/0 reel (Penn Senator 113H is mine) 65 pond braid line with a forty pound top shot of mono, 5/0 to 10/0 hooks and 12 to 20 ounce sinkers. If you are ambitious and want to jig for cod then 10-14 diamonds jigs or some facsimile.
