Larry the scary thing is so many are already like that. Get rid of a good rule they will only get worse.

CA. will probably have a fine for looking at a butt on the beach or on the street or even in school. The high school kids won't have anything fun to do.

Things went South when the discipline was taken from the schools and parents.. When will they realize that a hug just won't fix everything!

Hug ? Teachers are let go for hugging. The other scary factor is the accusation that the kid was inappropriately touched.
