Need help deciding between three rods

I'm looking for a versatile spinning rod that can handle a variety of techniques reasonably well (small crankbaits, spinners, small swimbaits, plastics, jigs). I'll probably use 75% of the time for bass in upstate NY. Which of these is best for that?

Okuma Helios 7' medium fast

Dobyns Colt 7' medium fast

13 Fishing Fate Black 7'1" medium fast

Do you have the medium power rod? Have you used it with crankbaits?

Yes the medium power rod is softer and will flex more which helps with keeping treble hooks pinned in the fishes mouth
