Hey Fishon927, I to am a Z man user however not working to well with colder water fishing. Trying some mirror lures for awhile until the spring action picks up and the schools are larger.

Where are you located? Would you please update your user profile so others know where the Z man is working.

I got a bunch of the Finesse TRD. Going to pair it up with a weedless ned rig head. Can't wait to try them out.

Hey green, is that hook your showing nearly a circle hook? What kind of action does that bait give you? I am used to the paddle tails and the curly tails that have good movement to them.

Like your user name. We have these greenfrogs that stick to the windows here. Especially at night with the light on. Open the curtain and here they are staring back at us. Cool frogs.

You want the bait to stand straight up. Something the fish never seen before.
Plum I have frogs across the street. Love it when I get home from work and they croak all night. I think they are bullfrogs.

Thanks green, looks kind of like a worm I guess to the fish.

In addition to our green frogs we have some that sound like sheep on their croaking. Never seen one they hide like crickets.

Did that with a Opening night Z man today. Caught a sweet 16" trout. Only hit on that, the rest were on Mirrolures

fishinphil please remind me in late spring. I think you may be on to something. Don't think they would last to long on a hook but it just may be worth a try.
