Regular circle hook, just some new sales pitch on the point. If you are looking for "thinner" hooks its their "fine wire hooks" you want but those above are good for cats.

Extra fine as in really good. Not extra fine as in super small or really good looking. I think they will work good for the type catfish you mentioned because those are really big fish and 10/0 are really big hooks.
When I look at the picture of these hooks it seems like the point of hook being bent way back would prevent it from going into the flesh of the fishes mouth.
I fish for catfish on a regular basis and primarily use circle hooks. They are great for several reasons.....fish hook themselves with a gentle sweep of your rod.....most fish are hooked in the corner of the mouth and easily removed.
No they are not. In regards to "extra fine", they are referring to the diameter of the wire used in making the hook and the hooks you show in the picture are "standard" size hooks and not extra fine.
