Afternoon now and yes a good fishing day with it being 70 here in NC. 3 trout and 3 drum no keepers but a catch is a catch. Also got to experience fish bumping my bait. First bump was WTF? After that they were just teasing me.

I used mirror lures the last few days that my neighbor gave me. Bait still there just interesting when I never experienced it before. Neighbor said he had the same experience and tried to explain it. Until it happen I just thought he was pulling my leg.

No bait fish, barely any sea grass in the shallows. Most grass in the channels good reason they are scarce.
