Kelly was a gentle soul. She waited tables at the Tupelo truck stop and one day Odie walked in and she was in love. Soon he was too. Within a few days, Odie moved in and they began a happy life together. There was a problem. Odie wasn't all that good at finding a job and he was no good at all at keeping one and Kelly grew tired of supporting them both.
She finally gave him the ultimatum. Get a job or get out. She came home from work that evening and he was gone. He took everything with him. He took the light bulbs and potted plants and the goldfish. Worst of all, Kelly wore a partial plate, a short bridge of false teeth and she hadn't worn it that day and he took it too.
She tracked him down in another town and asked, but he refused to give her false teeth back. She went to the law firm of Badbobby, Spirit27. These guys had a reputation and they would get you. They decided to start nice though. They sent Odie a demand for the false teeth and a singing telegram. The letter said it was "A bill to Odie Joe." The singing telegram said:
"Odie Joe McCallister jumped town with Kelly Hatch's bridge."
