You know those days when you've been fishing for hours and you can't get any sort of hit at all and then you decide to tie on something just before you are about to give up that you know won't work because, what the hell, you might as well try it, and then everything starts hitting really hard? Yeah, that trick didn't work today either.

You got that right. Even a bad a fishing beats a good dead. Savor your life. It’s short.

I've never had a bad day fishing. Wouldn't know a thing about it.

Many “MOON’S” ago before I started and learned how to fish a Jig “‘N’ Pig”1/4 Oz. & 1/2 Oz. Black/Blue tipped with a Black/Blue Uncle Josh Pork Fished/Pulled very slowly with stop and go cadence.. Years later came the world famous DROPSHOT ... Dead Stick the dropshot on 4 pound fluorocarbon 4” Roboworm in the Margarita Marauder color...

That would depend on the honey, wouldn't it? It used to be for me that the more done do's the more free time I got to go. But that was then.

I just figure I'm a lost cause. Started in 1959 - caught carp, catfish & turtles out of Ohio River with bait. Then after I was older 60s started trying to catch bass in private pond. They were small ones. Then decided that's what I wanted to target. I don't think any of the bass were over 1 lb. Keep hoping to get lucky some day (my age is 78)
