If you sweat a lot during the summer, make wure you grab a couple of the free Salt packets from your favorite fast food place.
If you start to feel dizzy, sick to your stomach, take one of the packets and break it open.
Pour it in the palm of your hand and lick it just once.
If it tastes salty spit it out, that's not what's wrong.
If you can't taste the salt, you needed just a little, the next lick will be salty.
Again when salty spit it out.
If your first thought is that they put Sugar in it, keep linking until it tates salty.

Heat Stroke is 2-4 hours Dead and not from lack of fluids, but lack of Salt.
Heat Exaustion is lack of water, 2-4 days to kill you, depending on where you are.
When you stop sweating your in Heat Exaustion. Skin Dry and hot.
Heat Stroke, clamy skin and not hot.
The Salt packets are free at the fast food places, so grab a couple next summer when your out there, if you sweat a lot like I do.
