If you are going to put a snap on, why would you not use a swivel ? The "duo-snap" he shows is one of the weakest terminal tackle items out there. Not in terms of strength, but is more prone to "unbutton" than most any other clip or snap.

Never use a swivel snap with a crankbait. Every fisherman knows this . Swivels are for in line spinners , to prevent line twist . Those snaps are fine . Never had one fail . Too much bad advice on here!

Don't you mean... advice that you disagree with ? Not EVERY fisherman, by a long shot, bud. You may tell us you disagree, but.don't presume that only you give "good" advice, it might place you where you don't wish to be !!
