Is 30 pound line to light for saltwater, for anything you might catch shore fishing.

Most of ours have to ne over 54". Bonnet heads jave no size limit. They dont grow that large. Only allowed one per person but they are very tasty

ReelL, shush! We not to tell everyone how good they taste! Before long the whole world will be dropping lines for them! I prep them by soaking in milk. Even dogfish has a pretty good taste, but not as well as the larger sharks. ID the sharks before keeping them! I use my cell phone and an app.
