Would you report several rod/bag/method limit violations to parks and wildlife?

I would make the call, I had to call them once. Some guy was fishing off the RT. 50 Bridge Ocean City, Md. He was catching spotted trout. They looked about 6-8 inches long, give or take a couple inches. To top it off, he cut there heads and tails off and gutted them. After I called I thought I would move to a different location. Just as I was walking down the stairs to the street, I past the officer. I said hi and told him I made the call, he's right up there. Then I went to the 4th Street park and fished. Yes, I felt good about it.
As well you should; doing the right thing should always leave you with a good feeling inside ! I've called on several occasions from different locations for people being over the limit, not adhering to slot restrictions, using live bait in a 'fly/lure only' fishing zone, and a few others ! If they can't/won't follow the rules, then they deserve the fines, suspensions, or what-
ever punishment they get !

So right Big A. So right you are.
I have the DNR phone number on my phone, I'll call in a heartbeat
Its not like you need to be Colombo. Call the tip line and say what you just said. Then let fish and game handle it.

There are quite a few out up here on the backwaters of the Miss. None near the main channel. The Lake of the Woods is popping them out. Thank you for the update, Will.
Turn them in. They shouldn't be breaking the law. Especially when it comes to fishing and hunting laws. Law's are here for a reason, So the rest of us have plenty to fish and hunt. If people can't follow the laws, they don't need to be hunting and fishing.
I'd like to head north, been 15yrs that I've been to MN
Warden not doing his/her job with that much activity. Call state office. I did that and with results.

Its a little beside the point but it is predictable that regulations beget more regulations and ultimately become so burdensome that you could just about always be found guilty of breaking SOME rule. Nevertheless there has to be some amount of governance because folks like you’re describing are going to carry their attitude over into everything else they do. So, as much as I hate to say it, I think you have to turn them in.
