What's wrong with the bite in Tampa Bay?

Lately the fish aren't biting at all from the shore, bridges or beaches . . . I tried live shrimp, pin fish, cut bait, lures of all types and NADA . . . Anybody have an idea of what's going on or is it just me?!? I mean like during in-coming tide, out-going tide...I even tried slack tides ha ha ha and nothing.
I think I'm going to have to get a kayak or small boat...

Do you have any red tide around? That could be it.

Last years red tide wiped out the bait fish and slow to recover! See more brewing just south, hopefully stay down there with this outbreak! Try Johns Pass area and north along the beach`s to Anclote Key.

Please read about safe fish consumption here. www.floridahealth.gov/programs-and-services/prevention/healthy-weight/nutrition/seafood-consumption/_documents/advisory-brochure.pdf
Lots of not so safe to eat fish especially if pregnant.

I'll just keep on keepin on and wait until things get back to normal. Last years red time did do quite some damage.
Keep them lines tight folks . . .
