Tuff call C1224, depends on what's being used and working in your area. Any chance enlightening the forum what part of the country you are fishing.

Whatever the fish will take. When the Schoolie stripers are feeding on sand eels on the beach here they will hit anything that looks close. Match the hatch.
I use a lot of ZOOM soft baits.
It's just about guessing many times. If it looks good to you give it a try.
Don't know where your fishing but in moving water(creeks and rivers) small mouth can't seem to refuse salty spiders. Made by cabin Creek.
