I will add my welcome to both of you too. When not on the water this a very good place to be. You can learn almost anything you want to know about our favorite sport and maybe get a few smiles while doing it.

Fish bite because they are hungry or mad. Baits, including plastic ones are for when they are hungry. Lures are for making them mad. Working an area 3 times with lures to make them mad works IF the fish are there. LOL Never did any Crappie fishing but it should be the same, IMO. The only time it doesn't matter is if it is a school of fish and then they hit to keep the others from getting it. Welcome and glad to have you here.

I've got 3 IV bags hanging over my head. I don't know what kind of chemicals are dripping into my body except 1 is a pain killer. It's working. I've got a brand new knee & can't wait to take it fishing.
