Good day on the water. Slow but did get my hands on a few. No net needed.ha. Still curious about the Lews laser xl anyone use it?

I am not familiar with that particular model but I have several Lews Reels and rods they have all been very serviceable and lasted a very long time. All in all I would say for a medium price product they are excellent.

Sorry I need to get my glasses checked I see that it is a reel But what kind is it a spinning reel a bait caster or a flyer real I have used their spinning reels exclusively and they have been excellent over the years.

I i’m not familiar with their bait casters but I have five of their spinning reels which I have used for 10 years. They’ve just needed a minimum of maintenance meaning just basic cleaning and lubrication. They have never Giving me any trouble whatsoever. So it seems to me that Lew’s Makes a good solid product which I would think will extend to their bait casters.

Thanks fellows. Think I’ll take the plunge and spool 1 up. Might make a good catfish or striper reel.
