Tips for shore largemouth fishing?

I haven't fished in years, but I'm getting back into it. I used to only fish from a boat and now I don't have it anymore. Are there any tips/tricks you guys have? I only fish largemouth mainly so are there any lures i should avoid/go to for shore fishing as well?

If it's small ponds , just about anything should work. I prefer weedless soft plastics., especially 7 inch worms. Spend more time fishing and less getting unsnagged. Also, never hesitate to use live nightcrawlers if you just want to catch fish.

We throw frogs alot for bass shoreline or boat fishing. If you can get the rythm down you can be successful

Good sized lake they go deep this time of year so you might have a tough go from the shore. Fish the points if you can locate them. I've had pretty good luck with spinners. Where you fishing?
